novoseek
is a biomedical search engine developed
by bioalma for searching published
knowledge in biomedical literature.
novoseek indexes biomedical literature from Pubmed, Free Full Text Publications from Open Access Journals in PubMedCentral and US grants
from over 75 institutions including the U.S. National Institute of Health (NIH), National Science
Foundation, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP)
using a text mining technology that enables the identification of key biomedical terms.
To perform this ambiguous identification, our technology takes into account external
available data as well as contextual
term information. As a result of this
indexing technology, novoseek is
able to retrieve every document where
a term is mentioned no matter what synonym is
used and discards those
documents where the term is used with an unwanted
meaning.
With novoseek you
